Goat

This is my 6th learning journey post.

For this activity I need to imagine that I am Garry Kasparov and that I am the best chess player in the world.

list three pros and three cons of being the GOAT (greatest of all time) of the chess world.

Pros. I'm a goat, I’m famous and I’m great at chess

Cons, Everyone wants to be my “friend”, I can’t go out in public without people noticing and everyone will expect so much out of me.

The Black Ferns

For my fifth learning journey I had to say what i felt about the Black Ferns not getting the same amount of money than the All Blacks. I hope you enjoy, Bye.

The Black Ferns have been a very successful team winning the Women’s Rugby World Cup a record five times. Despite this success the Black Ferns have only recently started to get paid to play rugby. Although they are paid the Black Ferns make less money than members of the men’s rugby team the All Blacks. This difference in payment is often called the gender pay gap and it is not uncommon in sports. What do you think about this? Is it fair? Should female athletes like the Black Ferns be paid the same amount as male athletes who play the same sport?

It is not fair that they don’t get paid the same it is sexist and wrong. I think that we should all be paid the same unless there putting less work in it or it's a entirely different sport all together.
